SanPiN 1.2.3685-21 Table 4.2 defines maximum workplace temperatures by work category (light/moderate/heavy) and shift length.
When actual temperature exceeds the threshold, Labor Code Article 221 mandates reduced workday: 1 hour at 28.5°C+, 2 hours at 29°C+, 4 hours at 30.5°C+ (light work, 8-hr shift).
Article 212 TK RF requires employers to provide safe conditions — heat mitigation or reduced hours.
